Diary

Diary provides shared management for more than one mutual calender.
 
Calenders can be shown as daily, weekly, monthly, and all of them together at the same time.
 
A seperate calender is designated for each different subject.

  • Subjects can be meeting rooms, tool pool, machinery equipment pools, or personal appointments, etc.
  • Accesses can be limited according to subjects.
  • A calender can be designated specifically for official or religious holidays, and other personal or general events.
  •  If desired, all calenders can be viewed as overlapping each other.
 
For each diary entry marked on the calender;
  • Unlimited number of attendants can be designated.
  • Attendance confirmations can be tracked.
  • Quick entry from the main gates is provided for attendants.
  • e-mail or SMS can be sent to attendants.
  • Name tags can be printed for attendants.
  • Barcode e-mails can be sent, or invitations can be sent via SMS.
  • If allowed, uninvited guests can be tracked.
  • Presentation, official report, visual record etc. documents can be added to the meeting supplement.
